looking for a 4.5" refill - #0803, will this one work?

I'm curious what you ended up doing. My pen ink is #0110, and is also 4.5". I'm having trouble finding 4.5" refills. (Black ink, medium point). I just messaged Cross and am waiting for an answer. Their website says they're short-staffed, but I'm also noticing that at big box office supply stores, there are lots of ink refills out of stock. Thank you!
