Good quality and value for money

I received a defective item. Unfortunately, I was out of station when it was delivered and only noticed the issue after returning home. By that time, the return window had already closed.Very disappointed

This is not the first time I bought the Bata product...even this is my second sandal of the same model ....I bought the same again as my first experience with this model was awesome.....but this time it's belts are too tight.... initially I thought maybe bcoz of news but I'm using it since a month now but still same ....it's too much tight that my foot is get swelled if I wear it continuously...this sandal is not at all good.... not comfortable....

Product is original Bata, but the size is somewhat small. My foot size is 6UK=39EU but I received 5UK and those are very small. Colour is not cream but beige. There is no exchange available so I had to return. Now the price of the required size increased. Disappointed.
