Useless
Impossible to remove from the sheet without mangling the 'stickers'. They are essentially nothing more than the leftover glue after a label has been removed from a product, except even they hold their shape better than this product. Even once removed and put on the shirt they don't stick to the cotton. They provide no useful purpose.

Hold in Place
I needed something to hold down my collar shirts that do not have button down. They stick well for the first 2 hours but you have to keep pressing on them to keep them in place the rest of the day. Also, do not forget to remove them before washing as they will not come off after a wash.
