Puppy love!
I gave this to my granddaughter in her Xmas stocking. I actually have this exact puppy at my house because when my 32 yr. old son was 7 yrs. old , he gave it to me for Mother's Day. Because my granddaughter loved him so much, I searched online to find something similar and couldn’t believe it when I found the exact puppy “Rufus” 25 years later!

Doggy "Spa Day"
My two year old daughter is on her third Rufus. She loves "doggie" and takes him everywhere. When she was going through a chewing faze, he lost his nose (not a manufacturing defect, just a determined toddler testing out teeth over the course of 3+ months) and mouth (the threads are quite thin and do actually snap pretty quickly, but again - toddler with teeth). Once there are actually holes through the fabric Rufus gets a "spa day," which means he disappears for a few hours and comes back "looking good as new." If you're buying these for a child, buy in bulk! :)

Cute birthday gift!
My daughter ordered this for her brother for his birthday because he likes dogs and because it has the same birthday as he does. He loves and cherishes it. Very soft and cuddly.

Toy Flexibility a Bonus
I bought 'Rufus The Dog' to give to a child who shares the same birthday (February 28th). I really like this Ty toy because it is flexible and can therefore be placed in sitting, lying down and standing positions.
