Building this quad was a dream. Honestly easiest build I have ever done A++Love how compact everything is A++First flight I used a used set of RG20 esc's "huge mistake". Took two laps in the park, one of the esc's gives out and down it comes! Fell about 15' to 20' into the grass. It hit on the motor and snapped it right at the weakest point of the frame. SAD DAY!Loved the frame but one crash broke the frame. possibly relook the motor mount points for a redesign.I must admit I am tempted to order another frame but waiting for a buddies review of the MRM Switchblade.

Great Racer or Freestyle Quad. Durable and nimble.

QAV gives more for your money
It's alright, I think for that kind of money it should come with a pdb, battery lead, battery velcro, and battery strap, to expensive for a piece of carbon

Nice unibody frame, ideal for freestyle and racing. Very lightweight and well conceived!
If you know what FPV is and want a performance frame that will take a beating after trick attempts from this pilot in training (PhoenixFPV), look no further than this 220X. This is a perfectly balanced X build, with a unibody base and the mid-rail (As I call it) has the perfect dimensions to cram all your FPV hardware. The cut-outs are for precise functions such as a slightly right sides GoPro Strap, which works great unless you want a strap right on top of your lens. Cut-outs for securing an FPV antenna right in the top plate, as well as for battery straps on the top and the bottom plate. I've flown their previous frame the F1 220H as my first FPV model and graduated to this model. I still have that old frame and it's perfectly flyable to this day.Summary: Nice unibody frame, ideal for freestyle and racing. Very lightweight and well conceived.Patrick (aka PhoenixFPV)Ottawa, Canada

Impressive
Ive tried many frames on the market in the past and nothing has taken harder crashes than this frame! Spaceone has really out done everyone else as far as quality and design ! This frame is just completely mind blowing when it comes to performance and crash resistance! I've been flying this frame for 3 months now and haven't had to change a single part from the original package I received. The quality of the product is obvious when you first open the package, I'm a 100% completely satisfied customer.

Amazing build quality
Spaceonefpv has done it again with an amazing frame! This frame is great for pros and amateurs. First off the packaging is done right having everything sealed together. The frame is a simple build having a 1 piece main body and a single top plate. The 4mm carbon will hold up great in wrecks and tumbles. The expanded ends of the arms help to protect the motors being larger then most 22xx sizes. All around great frame.Definitely my goto quad!

Great Value!
Great frame. Flies itself. Very tough. CF is top notch. The great pricing on this frame makes is a super value. Many boutique frame makers would charge $75-$95 for this frame. Made in USA. You really can't go wrong here. Get a Maytek PDB, a small vTX works best(TBS 25mw-800mw). In one of my 220X I've depinned an IRC vTX (it's the only way to safely mount it and still have room for everything else). You'll have plenty of room for everything. I run the LiPo on the bottom, leaving the to free to mount a full sized GoPro. Be sure to cover all the bolts with foam to protect your LiPo. I'm not a great pilot but this frame will make you a better pilot the day you get it, not kidding. Here's a recent YT video, flying with 2206/2300KV Rotorgeek motors. X frames are ridiculously easy to tune. This tune is essentially the same one I used for my maiden flight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kelq_VmmZHI

This IS the X-Frame you've been looking for.
EXACTLY the frame Ive been looking for. Solid mono plate X. Great design and FUN to fly. recommended to my flying club. 4 outa 5 stars because of the box edges were very rough/sharp. As part of my frame prep i wet sand anyway so no real problems. Great design and balance, highly recommend for a X-Frame 5", Great job Space one
