I like this flavor of shake which is always out of stock. I was glad to find it here. I didn't need the cup or MCT oil, but I needed the shake.

I used to order this from original website but needed/wanted it faster. Not sure but taste different to me.

A good healthy meal replacement

I didn't like this product, it has a very chalky texture and the taste had much to be desired, will not purchase this again, very expensive for the quality of the product.

Power mixes easily in a blender and I sometimes add a small portion of fruit or yogurt to the mix.I’m taking it as a breakfast replacement in order to reduce my weight.Time will tell.

I ise this as a meal replacement and to get thies extra nutrition that i dont always have time to get it does taste good i was surprised i add some peanut butter smd ice its like a reeses in a cup i will definitely buy again!

I started with a shake in the morning with raspberries and blueberries, a light lunch and light dinner and have lost 12 lbs in a month and have a ton of energy. I am now getting my wife to try and am placing my third order! Great product!

310 shake mixes are the best! I use them as a breakfast meal replacement. Gets my day off to a great start. The protein keeps me full until lunch. I add the MCT oil for the mental focus benefits.
