The first taste told me it’s the real deal. Compared to the last jar of raw honey I purchased from a local place, this is definitely real honey. My body can tell too. I mix ginger from Herb Pharm with raw honey and water and drink it daily to control my autoimmune inflammation and after the first night I could feel a change. Very good. 🥰Will be buying again. The package is dark, store it in a dark place. Light breaks down the natural enzymes in there.

Good quality honey; in a plastic jar. Interesting because it comes from Patagonia ("the end of the world", so to speak). Good enough to sweeten you tea or coffee, but not the kind you might want to eat directly from the spoon. At close to $15 for 500 grams (an ounce or two over a pound), it is overpriced: for less than $10, you could get the same weight of Breitsamer raw forest honey -- but perhaps not from Amazon; check online grocery stores or your local Marshall's or Home Goods stores.If you do not mind paying top price (around $2 per ounce), go for Greek honey; Amazon has some good ones.

Bee Patagonia offer great honors. I highly recommend thrm. My favorite variety, by far, is Ulmo! If you try only one variety it should be that. A very closely related species is Leatherwood which is available from Australia and New Zealand. The Rainforest variety is a cheaper alternative but well worth it. Not quite as good as Ulmo but leagues beyond standard honey.

This is a lovely jar of honey, very frangrant of flowers and smooth. Highly recommend.

Great in tea or mixed with any beverages, the flavor of this honey tastes wonderful.

Good for eating and helping in the healing of burn and scratches.
