The flavour I have “energy” is good, not sure what energy is meant to taste if but it feels bang on. I would maybe change that next order I get.The shaker combo is a pretty good deal, the shaker is about a litre in size and is pretty sturdy. I’ve dropped it a few times and had no real denting or anything like that. The only issue I have is that the paint seems to be peeling quite a lot around the edge but it doesn’t impact the shaker’s use

The shaker is the worst I have ever used. Think they have spent too much time on style and not enough on design or even quality control for that matter.

Shaker ain’t cheap

Great taste but don't double scoop as it makes people nautios so be careful.

They throw the cup in as an added bonus but I'd honestly buy the PW without the cup for cheaper, it's the second time I've bought this and the cup has broken in the same way. It seals so tight that when you pop it open it breaks the lid. Two cups, same break.

Pre-workout is really good and tastes lovely, but the shaker bottle leaks when being shook hard which kind of defeats the point.

Steel shaker lid has split apart after less than a week
