I have a honda 160 cc engine on my troy bilt EZ start self propelled mower. Will this work?

It fits the Honda GX-160 series engine. It’s a horizontal shaft engine. But the mower has vertical shaft engine, so you should ask the seller.

What altitude jet does it come with?

I have not checked the jet. I live in Fort Worth and the elevation is around 1000'. It works great.

Will it fit a 2003 xr50?

Mine was for a power washer with a Honda engine, look it up on the chart on the website

does it come with jets.

This carburetor is a complete carb. Just pull off the old one and install the new one. Should be no adjustments needed. I put one on my Mikasa compactor and it fired right up and ran great.
