Solid desk, great value for the money
I've used high-end electric desks at work, and since you typically get what you pay for, I was a bit wary of buying one for home that was so relatively inexpensive. But overall the reviews were positive enough (especially regarding customer service) and there were some good tips regarding assembly, so I figured it was worth the risk. Both boxes arrived with the contents in perfect condition: the boxes used very thick, heavy cardboard, and the corner protectors on the desktop were made of a very dense rubber. I've unpacked a lot of furniture (assembling desks for classrooms and computer labs), and the packaging for this desk puts many so-called "commercial" products to shame. Any damage that might occur would be due to careless shipping and handling - not how the factory packed it. Assembling the desk was straightforward enough, although I've put together enough of this sort of furniture over the years that there weren't any surprises. Just take your time, follow the steps, and you'll be fine. This can be assembled by one person, but a second set of hands will make things easier. All of the pre-drilled holes lined up where they were supposed to. One assembly tip: line up one of the end holes in a leg with its corresponding hole in the desktop, and drop a thin nail into the hole to give it something to pivot around. Then with that hole aligned, line up each of the other holes, again dropping a thin nail into each one until they're all aligned. Then drive the screws, replacing each nail, one at a time. No guesswork, no misaligned screws, no do-overs. The only two pilot holes I had to add were for the center crossbar, so you will need a drill and a small bit (a hand drill or pin vise would work for this). For driving all of the screws I used a hand screwdriver, so I wouldn't run the risk of stripping out the particle board. Everything went together very nicely. There were no stripped threads or alignment issues. Overall, I felt the quality of the desk and and the fit and finish of the parts were excellent and exceeded my expectations. The motor operates pretty quietly, and raises and lowers the desk just fine, even with a bunch of stuff piled on top of it (I don't plan on testing what its limits are - it holds what I need). I had an error message pop up on the controller once when I attempted to recall a saved height, but unplugging the desk from power and reconnecting it resolved that. No issues since. The desk is solid and stable. At its higher settings it will sway a little bit when leaned on, but that's just physics at work - if you need something that's really solid at full height, get something with four legs instead of two. The only (minor) gripe that I have is that the cords could be a bit longer: the one for the control panel so you could reposition it if you needed to; and the power cord which barely reaches the width of the desk. I'm very pleased with this purchase. It met my budget, and exceeded my expectations. It's a good-looking, solid, quality desk. Hopefully it'll hold up over time - but so far, so good!

Sturdy, roomy, wears well!
Great product! Not too difficult to assemble, but is very heavy. Works superb and is very sturdy, even with the 2 double monitors and stand. Enough room for my lamp, speakers and workspace! Have had this desk for a couple of years now and it still works like new! I am 5'7" and it's highest rise level fits me perfect! Trim of desk where I sit shows NO wear where my forearms rest, so it still looks like new! Very happy about that! Highly recommend!

Overall GREAT Buy!
I just put this desk together today. The quality is great for this price point. It took me about 45 mins to put it together by myself. The instructions were thorough and correct. I screwed up one thing on my own because I didn't look at the illustrations as carefully as I should have. I had someone else help me flip it over and move it to it's location and I added my computer accessories. The motor is very quiet. The presets are awesome. You can just hit the "sit" key and the table adjusts to your preset height... and then the "stand" key and it moves to that preset height. Just one push of the button. The table is VERY stable and looks great in my business. The packaging was perfect even though the box was torn up when I received it. No damage or scratches. Overall great buy!

A great desk!
The FLEXISPOT EN1 Standing Desk offers excellent value for its price โ itโs sturdy, smooth to adjust, and provides plenty of workspace without taking up too much room. The motor is quiet and reliable, making it easy to switch between sitting and standing throughout the day. Assembly is generally straightforward, but one minor issue I ran into was aligning the holes for the leg brackets. It can be difficult to see if theyโre perfectly lined up, due to the black gaskets to sink the screws into which makes that step a bit frustrating. Once everything is in place, though, the desk feels solid and stable. Overall, this is a great desk for anyone looking to upgrade to a sit-stand setup โ just be prepared to spend a little extra time during assembly to get those brackets positioned correctly.

Good, sturdy desk.
I've had the desk up for about 1 week now. Seems sturdy and works well. Was easy to put together. The seller was very responsive concerning some shipping damage and resolved my issue quickly. This is the perfect table for my laser engraver...I raise it and stand or lower it and sit. I am very pleased with this so far.

Wonderful desk
I'll make sure to update this if things change. I'm pretty demanding when it comes to the basics, and I've written reviews that call out deficiencies and defects. What a great desk. The instructions were very clear - just pay close attention to the diagrams. The hardware and the parts are top notch; the threading the screws, the quality and the fits of the parts is one of the best I've encountered, and I've put a bunch of stuff together. I've provided photos of the assembly process. Very, very easy, even if you're alone. I would recommend a cordless drill/screwdriver, but not necessary. The buttons on the control panel are very easy to set. Two comments: 1- I wish it had a small drawer, and 2- my only long-term concern is the motor. It is very small, yet it does have some heft to it. I just wonder if it will burn out over prolonged use - time will tell. Very pleased with this purchase.

donโt listen to the people who canโt build.
i will say itโs very risky to buy this other reviews that are 1 star are saying the desk comes in damaged. mine luckily only had a scratch no real cracks or damage. the motor works normally. and the desk is very durable especially for my carpet. all around itโs worth it for your money 100% there is desks like this exact one but 700$ with upgraded firmware on the motor. but if you know how to build. this desk is amazing. after i mount my keyboard and mic this will be almost my dream setup

MY BEST DESK EVER (at least so far)
This thing is great. I use it for my sales work which requires full days at a desk. I have it on carpet and itโs still super stable at its max height. Its max height is so high that you can get away with putting a walking treadmill underneath. You definitely wonโt accidentally knock the desk over because of the smart bottom-heavy design. Very sturdy โ much more sturdy than Iโd expect from a standing desk. The telescoping legs are very tight, strong, and smooth. The electronics are good too, though the memory requires power so you will need to set the heights again if the power goes out or you unplug the desk. I was having way too much fun with the buttons for the height adjustment as you can just preset heights. I would work between standing and sitting every half an hour or so. This motor is so quiet I can use it at night which is very lovely. Once I used it to raise a fort with blankets hahaha becauseโฆlife is too serious to not have an epic blanket fort. The desk surface is firm and durable. Itโs very nice to write on. I was really not expecting such great quality at this price point, but now I love it as much as my vacuum and refrigerator ๐คฃ. There is one thing to be aware of. The assembly was very easy with me being handy but it definitely could be hard for some people. I am young and strong and had fun building it myself, but it called for two people and I would definitely say that most of the time it can only be built that way, with at least one of them being decent at following technical instructions. I had to do some precarious balancing to do the building alone. The assembly is worth it though because it came in very efficient packaging that wasnโt bulky and everything arrived pristine. It wasnโt scratched then and it seems durable enough that it wonโt any time soon in use either. I was surprised at how small the boxes are. The quality does mean that itโs heavy though. Get your assembly hand to help carry the boxes.

Really sturdy desk. 30'' depth is awesome. No drill for assembly. ~60 minutes to assemble.
Love the new desk. Pros: * The 30 inch depth is amazing. My whole arm is now supported by the table, and it no longer hurts my arm and wrist while working. * Very sturdy desk. * Fairly easy to assemble, took around 60 minutes and no drill required. Hand screwing worked, and there were pre-drilled pilot holes for ~8 out of the 11 screws needed into the back of the wood desk. The three screws without pilot holes were pretty easy to hand screw in. * Very fast shipping, arrived quicker than the estimate. Cons: * None yet!
