Fits like a glove and easily allows access to controls
I use this in the gym/running/walking so I have my Walkman with me all the time but it doesn't get in the way of my exercise. It is great armband and allows access to nearly all the buttons on the Walkman. The only one it blocks is the slide switch that puts the button use on hold. Shame it doesn't have a piece cut out to give access to that. Nevertheless, this is one of the best armbands I have had and I would recommend it.

A competent armband for your Sony player
This Inorlo Sony Walkman Running Armband, Sweatproof Sports Armband is handy as I use a Sony NW-A45 Walkman with Sony WH-1000XM3 Headphones via a Bluetooth connection. The eco-friendly pack comes with an integral armband and an extension strap which I think only those with bulging biceps will need but I'm not in that category. Overall, the construction of the armband feels good. The player is easy to fit into the compartment and the correct orientation is shown by the printed control buttons surrounding the armband window. Once the Velcro flap is secured your player feels both secure and weatherproof plus it's easy to manage the controls. The player compartment also features cable management - there's a cable exit on the bottom of the window and a guide tab to the side so the cable is routed upwards. For many users like me the cable manager will be redundant as they use Bluetooth although, if you do use corded headphones the feature works okay. The arm strap is continuously adjustable thanks to its Velcro backing and and will fit a wide range of arm sizes. As I've mentioned, there's an extension strap for those with thicker arms or wearing bulky outdoor clothing. In use this armband fits well and securely and, if properly adjusted, remains in place although I think the rear of the player compartment could benefit from a more "grippy" material, but it does have some wide ribbing to help with ventilation. I suppose that is the compromise if the rear of the player compartment was too flush fitting and grippy it would cause excessive sweat. I found even after a longish run this band isn't too sweaty.Overall, this is a competent armband, it will protect your player and hold it securely, plus manage a cable if you need it to. The band should fit most people and, if properly adjusted, will remain in place without being too sweaty during runs.

Chancing your arm.
I've already got a couple of Walkman cases made by inorlo, so I expected this to be good. I wasn't wrong. It's easy to slide the player into the case and once inside the velcro keeps it safe, then to make doubly sure it's all secure the flap is positioned so that it lies flat against your arm and can't come undone. The arm strap has a good firm grip, and if it turns out not to be large enough (maybe you want to put it on over a coat? Then again you could stick it in a pocket) an extension has been supplied. At least I think that's what it is, there aren't any instructions that I can see.The pocket is large enough that you can still access the controls while it's in place, and there is a small opening for the headphone wire to pass through should you not have Bluetooth headphones handy. The only thing you can't do is charge the player up without removing it.It occurred to me that if somebody wanted to use the player in the house then they may want to take it out of the holder. So I tried to fit the Walkman in its usual sleeve first, so that I could have the best of both worlds. It won't fit, and that's the only real downside to this. You'll have to keep swapping cases and that might get a bit tiresome.Or you could be like me, and buy several MP3 players. There's currently no price showing for this, but I have an idea of what the cost is and it seems to me that it's well worth it. I go to work every night with two bunches of keys and a wallet, and this will be ideal to save space. If you're somebody who likes to go out running while listening to music then I don't know how you've managed this long without one.

Good Solution For The Sony Walkman
I already bought a hard transparent case for my NWA-55 Walkman which is actually made by the same company.Anyway, this a bit like a pouch for the Walkman which still allows you to use the touchscreen and has markings that roughly line up with where the buttons are on the Walkman side.It also of course has a hole for the headphones if you are using cables ones.It comes with an extension to the arm band but wearing normal clothes I don't need this.

It's ok
It's ok. Don't think I've found a really good sports armband yet, they're all pretty much the same, quite generic made of the same stretchy type fabric. It's adjustable and stays in place so that's good I guess. Holds my walkman ok and does an ok job of trying to show me where the buttons are though they don't match up completely.
