The company has replaced the jacket I received with a beautiful, new, fresh and well-made jacket. The quality is excellent, smelled clean when opened, very warm! I love the cozy layers in this jacket too. It fits true to size and I adore it! The jacket arrived in a timely manner and it was packaged in a nicely sealed plastic bag with the tags on the inside of the jacket. The first time I purchased it I found green stains on the sherpa lined hood.I returned the jacket and I received my replacement jacket even faster. I opened the box and found the jacket in a sealed plastic bag but unlike the one I had the first time. The jacket didn’t have any tags on it and I found hair on the inside of the hood. To make matters worse, I opened the jacket to find a big hole on the inside. I’m extremely disappointed because this jacket is so warm and cute. The stitching on the jacket is terrible and is coming apart in multiple places all over the jacket. It is sewn very poorly.
