SAFEJAWZ Viper Mouth Guard, Youth Dual Layer Mouthguard with Case

We purchased the SafeJawz mouthguard for our 8-year old who plays soccer five days a week and has a strong overbite. After his dentist categorized him as “high risk,” we wanted something reliable and well-fitting. This guard was super easy to custom mold at home and only took a few minutes to get a snug, secure fit. It stays in place well and gives us great peace of mind during games and practices. The design is a huge win- my son loves the fun print. I’ve even caught him wearing it while playing video games, which says a lot about how comfortable it is! After several weeks of a good amount of wear, the color, design and guard has held up well! The only downside is the storage case. It’s pretty hard to open (even for me), which makes daily storage a little frustrating. I ended up buying a separate case to make things easier and sanitary! Overall, we’re very happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it for active kids who need solid protection.

Came with a lot of options for 7/8 year old boy, fits great and comfortable for a first time user. Quality appears to be great compared to “ gel sock doctor for youth “.

It is small, my 7 year old could have used an adult. But I will say boiling it and then fitting it to his mouth was the best thing we did. It’s crazy how it fit his moth perfect after that! It’s good quality too.

It seems to work fine for teeth protection, although it has not been put to the test with a collision, fortunately. My child says it is comfortable enough. However, we've had it less than a month and the design is already rubbing off. See picture. That's super disappointing. The mouthguard case can also sometimes get a little stuck/hard to pry open sometimes, especially for small fingers.

My son said it's his favorite mouth guard so far and we've tried several. All of his team mates loved the design!

My boys loved this mouthguard, and they've tried a 3-4 other options. This one isn't so huge it takes up their little mouths, but is still very sturdy, so I feel good about it. The fangs and other teeth make it more fun for them to wear as well, so that is also a plus for me! My kids have pretty different mouths, and worked for both of them. 6 year old (mostly baby teeth) and 9 year old (big ole chompers up front).

I received my sons mouth guard today. He wanted the black guard with white teeth. The white front tooth is missing a fair bit of the white paint making it look like it’s been used.

Perfect t mouth guard for my grandson. He loved the look of the sharks teeth on it.
