Cream Clotted Jar (Pack of 1)

I purchased this product for an event I am having in Nov. and unfortunately they were damaged- some looked bad- I didn't notice it at first as they came wrapped in bubble wrap and when I noticed it (moving them out of the box to a storage area) the jar was damp. At first i thought it was just that one jar, and I tried but was unable to return them! UGH! but I needed it so I ordered a replacement. When the new jar came I I place it with the other jars, but noticed that the color- through the bubble wrap was different......unwrapped the group of them- I bought 6 jars and noticed they were bad. I spent way too much money not to get reimbursed! I am a very unhappy customer.

Clearly the lid is not securely on the jar. This is before I took the lid off - the jar itself felt greasy from the product having leaked. You can see from one of the pictures, the consistency is lumpy/almost dried out. NOT something that can be eaten - I've had clotted cream before...it should be smooth and silky, not dried out and almost flaky.Do not buy this!

Leaked all over. The lid to the jar was unscrewed and the clotted cream was no longer viable, edible, or tidy, to say the least.MOST unhappy we are.UPDATE: reordered. Arrived with the seal broken. Two orders, both seal breached. $36.00 down the flusher. DO NOT BUY.
