I am new to this style of baking and had a disaster with psyllium husk, which I now know was because I overdid the amounts going 1:1 for replacement instead of 1:5. Anyway, the oat fibre is tasteless and helps with the overall texture to give a nice low carb bread coming in at about 2 carbs per slice compared to 15+ in your normal loaf which is great. I have successfully made bread with psyllium husk recently but need to dial that in a bit more whereas just using 41g of this as per the recipe is spot on.
