The oem part number shown in product information 17801-38040 is not the correct lexus part number for the 2013 gs350. is it wrong?

But if you notice the description says" filter fits lexus GS350 3.5 L 2013 - 2019, IS250 2.5L 2014-2015", Because a lot of filter company's make many kinds of filters for many different cars . if you google search your part number they will also show parts compatible with yours but different makers . look up the other cars filters and see if they match yours . if so your on the right path.

Are you supposed to peel the foam layer off the bottom and if so are you supposed to take the glue off as well
