Intense! Be careful if you go straight from the dropper to your mouth. Better to dilute it. It's the most Zinc for your money in liquid form - which means it absorbs more rapidly and your body can better utilize it - although you probably know that. Take It a few hours before you take your magnesium so it doesn't interfere with absorption.

Got this for my toddler by recommendation. It works great! She has no fuss taking it and I feel good knowing she’s getting the essential minerals that she needs for her immune system, especially with all the different viruses going around. I also love that it’s organic. Highly recommend!
