Does it work? Yes
Received replacement after missing it in first shipment. Used right away for my incontinence and leak after my surgery. Work great. There are four notches on the device to control the tightness of the clamp. I normally used the second notch. Didn’t want to clamp too tight. You can wear it all day long or as many hours as you like. Can hardly feel it. I wear it during the day and take it off at night. I reduce the number of pads/diapers from 6 to 2, one during the day and one at night. Please try it. It does help. Thanks Jeato

Mixed advance
The design of this product reflects an awareness of penile anatomy: the main artery to the penis is on the top surface of the penis and the design includes an upward notch (on the upper half of the clamp) in an attempt to not compress the artery which causes pain. The penile urethra is on the bottom surface and this device has an upward bulge on the lower half of the clamp which is intended to provide a more targeted compression of the urethra instead of squeezing the entire penis. Good idea except the device inevitably rotates out of the optimal position for the improvements to do much. The foam rubber is more comfortable but quickly absorbs any leaking urine and develops an odor. If you attempt to truly stop leakage by tightening the grip of the clamp you may develop penile edema due to blocking the venous return from the penis. The surgical implantation of an Artificial urinary sphincter AROUND ONLY the actual urethra makes the most sense. A fantastic Urologic advance.

Well...
Worked well for a couple of weeks then it broke at the clasp... I'd still recommend it because it is a good clamp but my situation just wasn't compatible with this clamp...

Runs very small
This is so small that I wasn’t able to even use it.

Needs improvement
The light plastic used in the construction is not heavy enough to keep the clamp from twisting and becoming unclamped at any time. Also, the latch is not as robust as it should be for the clamping that it does. This is an expensive piece of plastic that is comfortable but needs strengthening to do it’s job.

Comfort
Since surgery in 2004, I have tried many clamps. This one has been the best. Easy to adjust to my needs and very comfortable. Would recommend it to any man that has incontinence problems. I'm at 100% so you can see how important this is to me when I want to stay active. I plan to order more Jeato Incontinence Clamps.

Best incontinence clamp
I bought this for my father, who is 73 years old and suffering severe incontinence after prostate cancer surgery.Apparently he tried many clamps but none was satisfactory, before this one. This clamp works like a charm - particularly the thick size pad in his case.Hope this will be the last clamp he tries!

Didn't work for me.
The Jeato clamp did not work for me. I have very sensitive skin and when I tried to wear it, I experienced stinging, burning and itching. I tried several times to use it but it just didn't work. I've tried three other clamps and finally found one that works for me. I even ordered extra pads and tried them too. Sorry it just didn't make me feel better. I have since discarded it. Just wanted to let you know my experience.
