The size is very small that what you would expect. Mine was 2 sizes to small. Also my packet was opened when I received it.

Tried these because I need medical compression pants. Most athletic compression tights do not have mm rating, but these are listed as 20-23mm of compression. They are fantastic. They fit great, feel comfortable, and clearly look and feel like workout tights and made from Lycra. No need to wear something over them. I would order whatever size you normally wear for fit. I expect them last a long time.

You get what you pay for. These tights cost more than most but are worth it. These have an insane amount of spandex, 35%! That's more than double what most leggings offer. This leads to exceptional compression. You feel it the moment you put them on. Great cut and fit. Thick materials so no issue with see thru. These become a true "second skin".

I didn't get these because I'm some fit exercise buff. I have cronic pain ony legs due to having narrow veins. I wear these compression pants under my regular clothes when I know that I'm going to be active. They prevent the chronic pain although I do still get the occasional sharp pain. Compression pants won't fix all of my pains but at least I can get up and move around with hurting every time I take a step.

My husband wanted these as he's been working out indoors now due to the pandemic and gets sweaty in just athletic shorts. These are truly sweat wicking and keep him from sweating all over our carpets, so both he and I are thankful for these. I followed other reviewers and ordered a size larger than his normal size, which was perfect.
