The best hands down for a headache
Nothing better for a headache. My go-to when you're feeling hungover or just plain lousy. I have tried everything out there for aches and pains. I have anti inflammatory meds, but sometimes you just need to thin your blood to get flowing and stop the head pain.

This item helps my sciatica. The only problem is you have to keep taking and I have no idea what it will do to your stomach.

Best choice for me, best choice for my friend, with different needs
My body cannot tolerate the most common ache solution (Amazon product review policy limits naming Tyl and other inappropriate words so bear with me or my review will be rejected… again), but Anacin works great for me, better than Adv or Mot, way better than the Nap rox my doctor prescribed. Note I use it for occasional pain, my friend found it best for her chronic knee pain. Not for children!!!

Vintage product that gets the job done
Love that this product from the 1940s is still around today, and it was revolutionary in adding caffeine to a painkiller to boost its speed and effectiveness. I like using it to manage migraine pain, as well as any Skeletal-muscular pain.

Maybe as a person ages so does the medicine taken
I used to take Anacin all the time instead of Tylenol and/or Aspirin. I had a horrible headache so decided to try a bottle of Anacin. Wow! Wrong thing. Had horrible heartburn - something I have never had before. Thought it was just a coincidence so took it the next day because still had the headache. Felt awful after taking it. I'm not sure why? Maybe it was too strong for my system, but I will not be taking it again.
