I am completely aware that there are different degrees of heat tolerance. Most things Jalapeño are way too mild for my taste. On the opposite side of the spectrum, ghost pepper products are tolerable, but the additive heat really limits how much of a product I can eat without making me drip with sweat and make me feel like I am breathing fire. I saw these in the store and thought that they might be a good middle of the road snack in terms of heat.When I bit into one of these, the overwhelming taste is the lime. The lime flavor is not strong enough to make me pucker, but pretty close. I was rather disappointed in the heat level of these snacks. I would compare the heat level of these roughly to straight Tabasco Sauce. After about 3 handfuls of these, I had an ever so slight burning at the back of the throat and that was about it.Personally, I am far from impressed with these. The overwhelming amount of lime in the snacks really kills your tastebuds. If you are kicking back watching the Chicago Bears lose with some Bud Light Lime, these might work. If you are eating or drinking something that you want to taste like a $6 a bottle Goose Island Bourbon County Stout, you probably do not want to be eating these at the same time.Personally, I do not care for the flavor of these and they have a disappointing amount of heat in my opinion. Unless you like a lot of lime flavor on your crunchy snacks, I would give this one a pass.

This was my first try of this product. Unfortunately, there is just too much lime added to it. I could not eat it so I brought it home, my wife tried it and found the same thing I did. Later on my daughter had a try (without us giving her our views) she came away with the same verdict. No more than a third of the lime that was used should be added to this product.

they are NOT as spicey as the FUEGO ones which I LOVE, so they only got 3 star.butTHEY DO TASTE GOOD...

These are quite yummy. Look around because different sellers have better prices than others.
