Exceeds expectations!
I have several Sunny Health and Fitness workout items; I love them and have always had a great experience with the company. I would never go to a gym, so having these little space-saving gadgets in the home to choose from is great. I wanted a recumbent bike specifically so I could read a book while on it sometimes. I looked at products and reviews from many brands, and landed back on this brand, as usual. The combination of small size, decent functionality, ease of assembly and use, and competitive price is kind of their thing. NGL I love the pink, but I would have bought it black or gray with no problem. This was even easier to assemble than the many other products I’ve put together. And is sturdier than I expected. And the resistance is much better than I anticipated based on reviews. I’m thrilled with this purchase!

I really wanted for this bike to work :-(
Update: I received a really thorough and helpful email response from the Sunny technician. My husband and I both looked at it and agreed that my particular bike was miswired, so I returned it. I'm still waiting on the refund but the pickup was pretty easy.I would buy this bike again if it came pre-assembled so that I'd know there wouldn't be any problems. There are so many good reviews here that obviously most of the bikes turn out fine.***As a couple of other people have noted in the question area, my bike seems to be faulty at step two. Either I am doing something wrong or the wires do not fit together appropriately - and I think it's the latter.I tried to call Sunny customer service and on the bright side, they are located in America and their English is perfect. The unfortunate part is that you talk to a customer service agent and not a technician. So, it seems like they have a script to address common problems but they did not have an answer for my problem.I tried sending them photos of my problem with step 2 so that they could forward the photos to the technician, but that did not work out either. Also, although Sunny has videos for some of their products, they don't have any assembly videos for this one. While I'm not an expert at building things, I really enjoy assembly and I assembled my last recumbent bike and rowing machine with no problems. I was really looking forward to assembling this little bike! The directions included with the bike have pictures which are microscopically tiny! For those of us who actually use directions when assembling a product, this was also problematic. I don't know why Sunny did this, because I'm sure it would have only cost a few cents more per bike to enlarge the pictures to a fully visible size. Also, although it's not necessary, the other items I have assembled in the past had parts which were labeled or numbered with stickers, and this bike did not.So, basically after having this bike sit half assembled in the corner like a piece of junk for the last month and a half 😭, I've finally accepted that I'm going to have to return it.I really wish that I did not have to do so because I was very excited by the fact that this bike is suitable for shorter individuals, and I generally love assembling my own things, but I'm going to have to consider this a loss. For those of you who are skilled at assembling items without any directions, you may have an easier time - but only if there are no intrinsic problems like the one I seem to have experienced at step 2. Still, it looks like a great little bike so I wish you all luck!

Smaller Recumbent bike
I recently had a knee replacement, & this little bike is great to strengthen my bad knee! It's not as big as the more expensive models, which is perfect for short people!!!

Compact, Works and Good for the Price
I recently purchased this bike to help me recover from a upcoming shoulder surgery. Being an avid runner I didn't want to be sitting on my butt doing NOTHING till I'm given the go ahead to start running again (apprx 3-4month) Also, thought it'd be beneficial for my joints for a break here and there down the road.So with that being said and my expectations for it are definitely positive. It was super easy to assemble, everything came with it and in good shape. Putting the foot straps on where a challenge with one good arm, hecks even two good arms don't think would make it easier. I'm 5'8 and the bike perfectly fits my size as well. It runs very quiet and the seat is relatively comfortable and secure. The Downsides:I was expecting the 'monitor' to be somewhat useless from reading the prior reviews Yeah, it kind of is useless. The pulse reader isn't the greatest and it constantly switches between modes and it's just annoying.Riding it on carpet at a somewhat moderate to faster pace it will wobble just a little but doesn't seems to be causing any issues. I can't imagine anyone weighing more than 150lbs being able to really pedal on it without the wobbling being worse and unstable. They said weight limit max at 220lbs for this bike, I'd say more like under 200lbs.Think my husband would snap this bike in two being at 210poundsMY worst complaint and the reason I'm voting it 4 out 5 is the resistance.. What resistance? Yeah, I've tried everything to see if I'm doing something wrong. It states there are 8 resistance levels.. More like one. Disappointed in that for sure. For the price and even with one resistance level after 15 minutes of pedaling you can feel your heart rate is elevated a little, which is what I need recovering from the surgery or when I want to get a mild workout in for the day. All in all it works, it's compact and I think it's worth the price.

Awesome recumbent bicycle .
I bought this for my grand daughter and she loves it . Especially because it fits her better than grandmas recumbent bike . And it is real sturdy and should last a very long time .

Not as big as I was expecting, but does the trick.
I would not trust this for real heavy individuals, I am under 250 pounds and it seems that would be the limit for weight as it is not super sturdy. Does work well though and does not take up much space. I am pleased with the purchase for the price. Looked very complicated to put together coming out of the box, but once I got started it was not real difficult, just a lot of parts and steps.

Perfect bike for me. It has everything I need in one compact package.
When it arrived we very easily put it together. It is all very easy to use. Sit on the bike.... Restart the counter.... And go.It's not overly built. Ha ha Meaning it's definitely not a big bulky machine. It will fit anywhere. Looks good too. Love the pinkIt has everything I need. Resistance knob. Time, Speed, distance, calories burned, and my pulse. Each time I use it I remind myself how I did last time by looking at the computer on the bike. Then I restart it and go. Always trying to do more.I have neuropathy and I find walking hard and my feet hurt so much so the treadmill is no good for me. This bike with its huge roomy pedals is perfect. I plan to see my doctor in a month and I know she will be shocked at how well I am doing. I now have a way to fight through my leg and foot pain.I love it and would recommend it to all my friends.

Like it, but Missing Sensor Wire
It took a couple of hours for me to assemble on my own. It really was not difficult though. It is sturdy. It fits perfectly into the space I wanted it to. Comfortable. I have not tried to fold it yet.BIG PROBLEM. The sensors are held in place by elastics so they don't retract into the steel frame. The elastic on one of the last sensors that had to be connected was broken and the sensor wire was not attached to it. This is the Heart Rate Sensor so I am not happy about this. My picture shows the hole were the sensor wire should be and the picture shows the sensor wire that it should connect to. I am hoping the Manufacturer or Customer Service can send me something that might "fish" the wire through.
