The product is excellent and was delivered in an airtight packaging. It's working with great efficiency by maintaining the optimum humidity inside the microscope cover in our iForNature- Nature Club's laboratory facility. The silica turns translucent pink when they become fully hydrated and are deep blue crystals when in dehydrated state. The crystals can be restored by heating but increase the heat gradually otherwise the crystals will break apart.

This does the job well, however it gets saturated quite fast and you need to hear it up in an oven to restore the original capabilities of these crystals. Minus one star because seller had not shared the instructions for reactivation of these, eg what temperature and how many hours of heat. The bigger crystals trends to crack when heated in the oven.

I was several times disappointed buying such silicates from other sellers: there used to be crushed dust, pale colour and small crystals. But this one is just my hero! Crystals are deep blue, huge and there is 0 dust in the pack. The latter, though, was my luck and good cautious delivery - pack was not wrapped in air pop foam or anything, so damage could occur. If only possible to pack it into something protective? Otherwise is 10 out of 10, great product, thanks a lot.

it works good. it's able to remove the moisture from the wooden cupboard. once it change the colour from blue to pink. after that it's difficult to make it blue again. and after getting pink colour we have to change the crystals.

It’s doing what it supposed to do, good product.

Large crystals, strong blue colour. Easy to know when to recharge the silica gel. I use it to protect my cameras and lenses.

DO NOT order. It uses toxic and carcinogenic Cobalt Chloride to give it a Blue color. When I heated it to regenerate beads, it started giving off strange odor. Then I searched on internet and accidentally discovered that the Blue colored Silica Gel is toxic. This product should be banned from Amazon platform because uninformed users will use it in their homes and most likely inhale or ingest the fine dust of this chemical unknowingly.
