Good iron supplement that does not have any side effects such as upset stomach or constipation. For some reason my blood tests showed I was low on iron. This is the only iron supplement I tried that did not have the side effects. The pills are small and very easy to swallow.

A real life saver for me. Thank you for making this and for using real ingredients (which may be a low bar but many fail to rise above even that). This is a high quality product which has been of significant help in my case. Rarely has a bottle of anything had this kind of clear positive impact on my health and quality of life. The only downside to this is the unavoidable constipation caused by any amount of iron. Hopefully your motility can handle it better than mine. Either way though, the positive effects of this make it clearly worth it, in my case at least.

I wasn’t tested for anemia. However, I did way too much fasting in a short period of time and caused myself problems. I took care of the big problems over a few months but still felt more tired than I thought I should. I bought these and had more energy within a week. I also noticed feeling more cheerful. I’m almost finished with my 2nd bottle. Since my situation was acute and caused by own actions I feel like I’m back to normal and don’t need to continue taking it. So, yes, it took care of the problem.

They look nearly identical to the regular ones, but note that these are MINI pills, and you have to take TWO to get the full dose, not one, like the regular pills. Otherwise, great product.

Without taking one of these daily, my blood is always low. I do not get any tummy issues with these. I like taking only what I need and not a lot of other ingredients that my body would just have to work to get rid of.

Perfect. No upset stomach and easy to swallow. Seems to be working.

Life changing. I went from barely able to walk and covered in bruises to feeling significantly better in two weeks. I felt alive again. Been taking it every day for about a year. It's never been hard on my stomach. They don't taste great but just drink a few gulps extra of water and it's fine. I got blood tests done before taking these and will get more done regularly. I taped to my doctor. You can overdose on iron so get tested and don't just take them blindly.
