This is an above average instant coffee with a very pleasant and smooth 'real' coffee taste and aroma. It does NOT taste like typical instant coffee. In terms of caffeine content it seems balanced, not too strong or too weak. It dissolves easily, just like it should. I order it because it is organic and third party verified by USDA. The price is fair for the quality you receive in my opinion. I am on my 7th order, enough said :-)

Really pleased with this organic instant coffee. It is very fine and sticks to the scoop but tastes great.

To much money it has that good strong taste 8 oz 17.00 to much it lasted 1/2 of month 1/2'1 bound I get 17.99’

Such a rich wonderful coffee. Really pleased with it. So easy, my coffee maker broke and I don’t feel like I’m downgrading by drinking instant coffee. I might even prefer it. Plus no mess, cleaning a coffee maker. I’ll keep it on the shelf with my tea, start the water and pick whatever I want.

The powder is very fine, and dissolves well. Upon mixing, a nice light brown creamy top swirls up, looking like a classy coffee drink. The taste, though, I'm having a hard time getting over. I've tried various ratios of product to hot water, thinking maybe at first the taste issue was because I'm used to dark robust coffee drinks and the concentration needed to be higher. But, no -- it's not the strength of the taste, it's the taste itself. It's not a bitter aftertaste; not an acidic one; it's hard to describe. Musty, maybe? So now, I froth up some milk/cream to have with it and use cinnamon or nutmeg or cardamon sprinkled on it and I can drink it. But I'm not savoring it, not truly enjoying it. Drinking it only for my afternoon pickup. Prior to this brand, I had been using Starbucks Dark Roast instant coffee which was a drink I truly enjoyed. Once this bag is gone, I'll be going back to that other brand.

Less acidic than other types of instant coffee. Also a lesser reaction to caffeine than others (non jittery)! Flavor great hot or as an Americano poured over ice. Absolutely love it's delivered quickly when ordered!

For instant coffee it's very good. I like dark roast, but it's hard to find in instant. I never found any in a store. I don't have the ability to make any other type of coffee but instant due to my current living conditions, so it's a great alternative for me. Someday I'll have the space and energy resources (electricity) to run an espresso maker, until then I have this.

The taste..no good. Waste of money. Edit: I was trying to not include any stars for this product but I guess the lowest is one star. I threw out the whole bag yesterday. I found a big piece of what looked like a hard dried burnt coffee..I wondered is this how they got the super bitter taste? Not only was that a waste of my money, I didn’t even try to get a refund since it’s coffee, but it was a waste of my time and energy. Speaking of energy, I didn’t even feel well awake like I usually am on the other organic coffee I usually get. I went back to that other coffee was just trying to taste a new one, but that was a bad idea. What a rip off!
