GIR: Get It Right Silicone Kitchen Spatula - Non-toxic Cooking Utensils for Nonstick Cookware, Cooking and Baking, Skinny - 11IN - Slate

This review is for the 11” skinny blade. I bought it mostly for scraping out jars but I use it for so much more. It is great for jars, as it’s long enough to get to the bottom of most jars without getting your fingers messy, and it’s just the right combination of stiff backbone to hold up the the pressure against the jar, but soft flexible blade to clean the bottom corners well. The shape of the blade fits most jars. But it also is handy for mixing and scraping with smaller bowls. It’s always in my sink cutlery tray because I use it so often, then rinse it and leave it in the sink because I will use again soon. Seems to be made well, although only time will tell if it holds up to all the use, but after 4 months of frequent use it still looks new. The blade is much too small for cooking. I have other, larger silicone spatulas for that, although I imagine the larger size of this brand would work well, given the nice firm feel of this one.

Great slim design

I bought this because of America's Test Kitchen. It's a friken spatula. I don't know what I was expecting. You won't regret this purchase, but it's not gonna change your life either. It's a spatula.

very handy. I use it all the time

I bought this long handled skinny spatula specifically for the larger peanut butter jars so we could scrape down the sides/bottom and the head of this spatula is so floppy the peanut butter is hard to scrape up/scoop out. I would not recommend this and suggest you try another brand if you are looking to use it for anything more than the consistency of mayonnaise.

This spatula works great. Great for scraping the last bit out of a jar or bowl.

Doesn’t scrape sides of container well, doesn’t remove foods well, silicone is too soft and floppy to be useful. This will NOT be my go-to!

This is well made and super handy to have. It has a flexible silicone top, so it wasn't great for sourdough starter, but great for tall jars and many uses.

Don't get the mini, this longer handled one is perfect for getting the last of the mayo out of the jar.

Flimsy on the tip/end, bends too easy. I prefer a firm solid tip/end to scrap bottoms of jars, bowls, etc.
