We take this later in the evening and it seems to calm us down and our sleeping is better. We used to take Apple Cider Vinegar before bed so we wouldn’t get leg cramps but didn’t care for the taste. Since we have been taking this product my husband and I have not had any leg cramps. It is more convenient to take in a trip also. I highly recommend this product.

Very good magnesium complex with good beneficial muscle relaxing and recovering qualities. Better sleep.Better oxigenation levels in my blood. Less recovery time for the gym. Better heartbeat-rates during cardio training, almost crazy how much it dropped my heartbeat. I was able to run 8 km/h with 165 bpm now after this supplement, I can run 13 km/h with same heart-rate and resting puls is only 40-45 now(before around 70-75).No diarea and easy on stomach. Its help me to relax

I got this to help with my cortisol levels and it really has! It helps me relax just a little so I take it at night, but definitely not a sleep aid. No stomach issues at all. I've been taking it for 3 months and I've gone down 1 full dress size.

This is the best magnesium glycinate that I have used so far. I use this to diminish or eliminate cramping in my legs and feet.
