This is actually a very potent supplement. It helps me sleep through the night without waking up at 4am. I have tried another brand in the past, that wasn't as effective as this one. But after using it for about a month, I started feeling too sluggish during the day... maybe because my body stopped producing enough cortisol. So I tried stopping it for 2 nights, the second, night I woke up again at 4am with cortisol. I feel that I now need a lower dose of this supplement. I was taking 1 capsule every evening, now maybe I'll take it every alternate day. I wish it came in a smaller dose so I could take it daily.

I’ve used a number of brands of this product and this one clearly works the best. Individual biology can vary so you simply have to try various ones until you find a good fit. For me this is the first one that I feel an actual effect from. Very subtle of course, but clearly there. The price point is good too, and that doesn’t hurt.

This is the best of 5 different vendors I've tried. Clinical studies say take 600mg before bed, so I take 6 capsules. Unlike Swansons, NOW, or Jarrow, this stuff works really well. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the garbage fillers they put in the capsules. But the same crap is in the other vendors as well. By the way, tuna is one of higher sources of Phosphatidylserine. Just be sure you buy SafeCatch tuna, otherwise you will screw your results by ingesting a big load of mercury.

I have used Phosphatidyl Serine along with other cognitive supplements for quite some time, many brands in the past but the Toniiq product outshines the rest. Real point of this review is two folds: How was the service and what did the product do for me? Amazon's service is of course second to none and Toniiq is a very quality conscious and customer centric company with excellent service. I have found this Phosphatidyl Serine to be of very good quality, highly effective as a brain's performance enhancing nutrient, you can feel the effects in a few days if you keep taking it regularly. Keeps my memory sharp and makes thinking and ‘imagineering’ easier to flow. I can also feel my over all Brain function like focusing, improving as well. I think it is penetrating the brain cells and keeping them healthy from the inside out. It has also improved my comprehension, retention and retrieval of information and when you combine it with Bacopa, it makes difficult concepts easier to grasp. I would highly recommend it to people who want to keep their memory and over all brain function sharper and youthful.

This product is better than the commercial products that are found in stores advertising to help the brain, memory, clarity etc. The store products that are advertised to do similar have many added components that aren't needed or are excessive. This product is pure in and of its named ingredient. This exact product was recommended to me by a psychiatrist. I have been taking this for almost a year and I feel and notice a big difference. I am 57 but had been on pain meds for 6 yrs and suffered with chronic pain. That's what dealt my mind a blow. For me, this product had helped me gain back so much.
