Grounding Mat for Sleeping, Black (11.6" x 39")

Never having used a grounding mat before, I was skeptical. But I do therapeutic touch and have experience with changes in sensations from Reiki and acupunctureand I was blown away by how immediate the effect was. It helped me drop into a mindfulness state more easily. I like the size and so far have just sat on it. The instructions could have been better regarding which side of the mat is up but between the little pictures and sentence I overlooked, I figured the rubbery side with the plug faced up. It seems quite durable, was very affordable. I

I know that science is still emerging (even though the studies done so far are very promising) but I have to say that after using my mat for 40mins every day, for the past 3 weeks, has produced some noticeable results. Overall I just feel better. My inflammation is definitely down and I’ve noticed that I recover from workouts quicker. I am very interested in the studies done so far on how grounding helps balance hormones and I truly feel that it has made a difference. My mood is more stable, my pms symptoms are much lighter, and I have a feeling of being centered...it’s hard to describe that feeling but it’s very positive and calming. I may never know if it’s the mat that truly has helped these things, but I feel different enough that I will 100% continue to use it.

The size of the mat is perfect. The explanation sheet how to use it is short but clear. Obviously, im not sure about the claims since i just got it & started to use.

I hope it will help. It will be nice to include or sell any meter to check out body with and before after tests.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase of a grounding mat from Amazon. Despite taking precautions by purchasing a tester to verify that it works, the mat failed - even after using different outlets. I made sure the tester was functioning properly, but the mat simply did not pass the test.Hoping it was just a one-off issue, I decided to give it another chance and purchased a second mat. Unfortunately, to my dismay, I encountered the exact same problem. Two mats, two failures.What adds to my disappointment is the fact that this product is not eligible for return. As a result, I now possess two useless mats with no recourse for reimbursement.I strongly advise against considering this particular grounding mat for purchase. Based on my personal experience of buying two mats and having both of them fail, I can confidently assert that this product is a complete letdown. Save yourself the frustration and explore alternative options instead.

It’s so hot here in Texas you’d never think of going outside without shoes or protection. Coming from Hawaii where I ran around without slipper or shoes all the time. It wasn’t till recently I discovered how I missed it and the importance of making that connection with mother hearth. I can get my daily dose everyday. I feel the difference.

I wanted to use it in the bed, but it bunches up and is very annoying. They do have one with straps.Too late now. It's not returnable. As far as it's effectiveness, it's hard to say.

This will be the third one I have bought. The first one only came with one cord we just realized yesterday because we just started using it. We waited so long because we were having a sleep study done and wanted to see the difference.
