On the dissolving issue
I don’t know if this is making metabolism any better or not only been drinking for about a week. What I have found is that it will not dissolve fully at all in cold water. There will be huge clumps at the bottom. It has to be in hot water and stir for about a minute. Get used to the taste pretty quickly, not overwhelming. Worth a try I think..will see if it actually does anything in a few weeks.

Favorite
I am a big fan of most of bare organics drinks. This one is probably my favorite. It’s spicy and has a little zing that I really like. I drink it daily. I can’t tell you that it’s helped my metabolism, but it does give me something to drink that I enjoy daily beyond just drinking water.

Got to get used to the taste.
I like this product although it took me a bit to get used to the taste. Kind of vinegar-y.
