Hi, just the 2 pair option is the plug version or the original version?

I got the original. Then they sent over the plug version after my milk started leaking from the original ones .

Does two pairs mean 4 shells?

Hi Stacy, Thank you so much for your interest in our product. Yes! If you purchase the 2 Pairs of Mommyz Love Breast Shell & Milk Catcher you will receive 4 pcs of the breast shells. Let me know if you have any other concerns or inquires by reaching out to us through Amazon's messaging system. Looking forward to your order! Thank you and have a fantastic day!

What is the difference between the 3 options to buy from?

One comes with two pairs , one is a single pair , & the one with plus has the air flow option . To help from leaks

How do you put these on?

They go on under your bra. There's a small circular opening in the silicone(the opposite part of the shell) that you fit your nipple into.
