I'm no stranger to this wrist rocket, and it's always good to have a replacement band handy in case you drop it and nick the band, or bump a tree, whatever. The smallest nick or flaw in the band and they'll break soon after. Just the way it goes with hollow rubber like this putting tons of repeated tension on it. Just recommending getting a few and keep em in the plastic zip lock. Save yourself the curse words when the band breaks, cause it will eventually. I can hit a dime at 20 yards with this model with 3/8" polished steel ammo, so I don't mind changing the band. They're not expensive compared to some other replacement bands for other brands.

Great for ham radio use
I bought this to get some of my ham radio antennas over the tree branches. Tie a heavy nut to a fishing line used as a pull cord, attach the antenna rope to it and pull your wire antenna up.

Great OEM replacement
It’s just what I was looking for. Hint for easy installment. I dipped a Q-Tip in rubbing alcohol and pushed it into the tubing, then wiped the slingshot where it goes with rubbing alcohol and pushed it on past the bend. Do one side at a time. The alcohol allows for adjustment for about 15 second. Plenty of time to make each side even and the pouch in the correct position. Total install was about 2 minutes.

I’m not sure it is fair to write a bad review or not as I didn’t pay attention to the model number when ordering. This is a Daisy product and I have a Marksman sling shot. I’ve never replaced one of these before. The tubing inner diameter is smaller than the original tubing so that may be why this failed; wrong size, to small tubing. It was fired about 20 times. The next day one side has ripped while not being used. I originally gave this 1 star but seeing its most likely the wrong product and my error for purchasing it, but failing after 1 day of use I can’t justify not giving it some level of bad review. Maybe I just got the lemon in the manufactured lot? Besides the ripped tuning, the product seems of good quality. I don’t know, I’m TORN…
