Doodle It All

Doodle it all is by far one of the cutest drawing books I've had the honor of reviewing. As many of you know by now, I've been trying to learn to draw. This is becoming incredibly hard for me because I want perfection. I want my drawings to come out like I've been drawing for 20+ years, and as a baby artist, that just isn't going to happen. Perfection isn't going to happen overnight, which is why I picked this book up when I saw it offered on NetGalley. This book teaches you the step by step way to create cute little doodles. Doodles are not made to be perfect, which is pretty awesome for me. I loved challenging myself to continue drawing, and in the end, I just had fun creating.I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to have fun drawing in a low-stress environment. The doodles in the book are just that, doodles. I didn't find myself comparing my doodles to the artist's doodles, which at the end of the day, gave me the confidence to try objects, animals, and people that I didn't think I could draw. This book is excellent for beginners, and I highly recommend it!

In it, each artist shares tips and techniques on the type of art they love best.If you enjoy the "Look Inside" preview, then you pretty much know the kind of style that is inside the book. These are simple drawings, so no rocket science required to replicate. But if you hadn't seen these designs, you might not have dreamed up all the variations that you can find in this book for everyday objects.The drawings are lively and joyful to look at and sure to inspire anyone with a pen to start doodling!

If you need a book to help inspire yourself or your kiddos to doodle THIS is perfect for you! filled with so many ideas and tips to create the cutest doodles its sure to keep you busy for a while. The perfect gift too for anyone who has a little bit of an artsy side as well. I thought it was great how with each doodle you got step by step instructions and you had doodles spanning every single category from food to pets to people & flowers! Such fun book!!

This was a cute book fun little book. Has almost anything you could think of to doodle. I tried most of the simple geometric based doodles and a few.of the ones that require a little more skill. I wish that some of the more challenging ones had been broken down into better steps but overall this is a good book for kids and adults to hone their doodle skills.

These are not that great. I would prefer something that requires a little more skill. I like to think that I have a little bit of ability already. It might be okay for someone else, but I think I can handle something a little more challenging

I love this book! It moves doodling up a level providing step-by-step illustrations and directions for producing doodles in various categories. No longer will you sit in a meeting or waiting room and just mindlessly doodle. Instead, you will be developing your skills in this area as the book also shows ways to utilize doodling with coloring techniques for decorative purposes. Due to a few projects that I am involved with, I do need to create artwork on a regular basis. While I do not struggle with creativity in general, this book has and will continue to inspire.

This was really cute! There were lots of really cute doodles of items and characters that were pretty easy to recreate. I'm not very artistic, but I was able to create some sweet little drawings by following the steps.Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with copy of this book in return for my honest review.

My 6 yo and I enjoy following the simple instructions in the book, and its a nice way to spend the afternoon together doodling away. The drawings are adorable, and easy to follow along even for a child. We got 2 at a great price during a sale, gave one to a friend who loves it too!
