Product is defective.
Purchased two printheads, installed one work for 3 weeks before the product failed. Instead the second one if was defective from the start. Purchased on 1/13 and tried to return on 2/16. Went to return the items but was out of warranty 30 days. Do not purchase.

Do not buy!
The three printheads I bought all failed after 5-7 days of use. The supplier has not responded to my enquiries about this.
