I have been drinking protein coffee for breakfast for about 15 years and I cannot tell you how many protein powders I have tried and discarded after spending all that money. Now, I am even more particular because I no longer use any sort of artificial sweetener, including erythritol. I can count on one hand the number of products I can actually purchase that do not include these ingredients.That said, this was my first time trying Tera's Whey Protein and it will not be the last. I am absolutely thrilled with the taste and quality of this protein powder. I mix it in coffee and many products do not hold up in the heat. They curdle or turn sour, or simply do not mix and you find the protein powder clumped in the bottom of your cup. This mixes easily and fully. I wasn't sure how Bourbon Vanilla would compare to Madagascar Vanilla (which is the standard in most products). Madagascar is a bit sweeter and more floral in taste, but I love the vanilla taste in this product. When I opened the jar, I noticed that the vanilla smelled very faint. I wasn't sure it would hold up in tasting, but it is DELICIOUS! The taste is not cloying with a lovely, strong vanilla flavor. I will definitely be buying this again!I have compared price points on all of the similar protein powders. This one is a bit more expensive than some, less expensive than others, but far superior in taste and quality. Highly recommended!

Bought the Bourbon Vanilla. I was pleasantly surprised by it's mild but delicious vanilla flavor, slight sweetness, and no bitter stevia aftertaste. This was simply mixed with 2% milk. (Note: for those who have trouble mixing it. I use a stainless steel bottle and leave A LOT of room at the top so it's got room to really really blend as I shake it - mixes well for me that way) I plan to try it with my usual smoothie ingredients next (frozen blueberries and big handful of baby spinach) and hope the flavor is enough to mask the spinach :)For those who mention SOY as an ingredient, perhaps that was an old formulation. The ingredients on my canister are: organic dairy whey protein concentrate, organic vanilla, organic sunflower lecithin, and stevia leaf extract. I believe the sunflower lecithin is now used in place of soy. I bought this for my VERY texturally picky husband as I wasn't pleased with the ingredients in another brand protein powder that he'd been using. Thankfully, he likes it too. Buying some dark chocolate for myself next. Is it spendy? Yes. But being that neither of us are "breakfast people" during the week, it is worth it to me. I hope this review helps.I will revisit after trying my smoothie recipe and after trying the dark chocolate.

Great flavor, especially in oatmeal!

I was looking for a great tasting, stand alone (meaning I don't want to use a blender and add a bunch of other ingredients) on the go shake, and while this isn't perfect it is good. Its sugar free, which is a must for me, and uses Stevia as a sweetener. CAUTION- you will taste the Stevia, so if you don't like Stevia find a different shake. I also needed gluten free and this fits the bill. I was hoping to find something without soy, but ultimately I sacrificed for taste. I've tried some other brands and whey is by far the better tasting protein. I use it with water and shake it up in a blender bottle. It tastes great, but I certainly don't make the mistake of confusing it for a milk shake. It has a slightly watery taste/texture which I compensate for a bit less water and a bit more powder giving me a much richer flavor. I cant say it fills me up for 3+ hours, but if I have a good snack like almonds, I can use this as a meal replacement. I've tried the chocolate, vanilla and coffee flavors. I enjoy all three but must say the vanilla is the best.

Since is kind of pricey I decided to use only one scoop and make it last a little longer, this product is the best! Smooth, great flavor, disolved fast, I can totally taste the vanilla, it’s clean, overall it’s just a great product ! I also used as a creamer in my everyday dose mushroom coffee and OMG! After some surfing for a good solid product, I found Tera's Whey. This is an organic product, so BGH(bovine growth hormone) is notan issue. Whey is a good source of protein and is extracted easily with minimal heat to affect the final product. It blends easily. I use coconut water and a banana or the in season fruit available. I drink some at mid-morning at break and it realy carries me through til a later lunch. I finish it on the way home and it takes the lag out. By the way it tastes good. My favorite is the vanilla. Its a bit pricey but I feel I.m staving off muscle loss at my age by incorporating it into my day

I’ve tried my fair share of protein powders, but Teraswhey’s Bourbon Vanilla is in a league of its own. The flavor is so smooth and natural, it doesn’t have that artificial taste you often find in other powders. I love that it blends seamlessly into my morning smoothies—no chalky texture, just a creamy boost of protein that keeps me feeling full and energized.

This is good stuff. 4 clean ingredients and low in sugar. A blender or magic bullet helps to dissolve this better and the outcome is a smooth natural-tasting no chemical protein drink that packs a punch. Most protein shakes come with a lot of ingredients, many of which are highly synthetic. For those that prefer near natural real food, this is a good pick. Would recommend.

So disgusting. It doesn’t dissolve at all and looks like vomit in the cup. I tried to return the day after I purchased and they won’t allow it. Don’t recommend it at all.
