Love this little gadget! Makes my candles last longer, it’s aesthetically pleasing, and would make for a great gift. Feels heavy duty, easy to use and wipe off. Good size and looks like decor. Comfortable to hold, good quality and heavy enough to not feel cheap.

These trimmers are amazing. I bought these wick cutters a little less than 2 years ago and they are perfect. They are sharp, they are smooth to use. I have used them to make around 80 wood wick candles for a project and they have also been used almost daily on multiple candles in the house since I purchased them. They have also been used to cut tape on cardboard boxes, plastic zip ties, small wires toothpicks and a variety of other non/intended uses. The metal has not locked up or rusted at all despite being kept near a humidifier. Most impressively, after almost 2 years of use (and abuse), they are still black and they are still sharp. - as a comparison, the pair my father got from yankee candle didn’t last more than a year and those were only used on rope wicks! These are a huge bang for your buck, they are durable and they are some of the most functional trimmers in ways I never intended to need them for. Would recommend.

Worked well. Much better than others I have tried and the only reason I gave 4 stars was because I got black and I can't see how much black wick is being cut. Should have gotten silver but that is my fault. I also should have returned but I don't think using something and returning it is appropriate.

If you use wooden wicks for your candles, I promise you these scissors will cut through the wick effortlessly with no hassle at all. I am literally buying a second pair just in case it disappears off of Amazon. It is very hard to find quality scissors that can easily cut through wooden wick candles with no struggles. They are sharp and feel comfortable to hold and execute the job beautifully. I threw my other scissors right away because these scissors stole the show. 10 across the board, definitely impressed.
