GREAT PRODUCT! The things sticks to my windshield like a champ and holds my iPhone 6 even with my Verus wallet case. Squeezing the buttons on the side to remove the phone is a natural motion when grabbing the phone. Once you remove your phone the arms stay locked out until you put your phone back in the holster and hits the button in the middle of the holster which disengages the arms locking your phone in place! I do have to retighten the movable joints from time to time but its nothing inconvenient! There also no shaking going down the road! I can read a text message with it sitting in the holder with no problem!

Good product, reasonably priced. Has strong suction and so far has stayed put. My phone fits in the brackets with a cover on it, but it also holds my husband's phone when he is using my car. The only draw back is that my hands are too small to press the buttons on both sides of the holder at the same time to release the phone. I need both hands to do it.

I really like it but it does wiggle so if you are driving and trying to shoot a video, the camera won't be steady. It also falls off the windshield sometimes. I need to figure out how to secure it better. Maybe I'm just not setting it up right.

We recently got a new car where the aircon vents wouldn't support our clip-on magnet based phone mounts. We happen to use iPhone cases with magnetized backs and have loved the convenience of using this system. But, we needed something that would mount to the windshield and sighed at the reality of having to revert back to a click-and-hold setup.The item arrived in a very small box and requires attaching the phone grip onto the suction mount. A firm little push is all it requires so most people should be able to figure this out without a manual. It attached to the windshield on the first try and it withstood a firm tug so here's to hoping it doesn't come off while doing 65 on the highway.Positioning the phone was very easy and although it dropped a half-inch from where I positioned it, I was still able to see the screen very clearly and it has not moved any further since. Placing the phone in the cradle is very fast and removing it takes just the push of a button so it's actually a very fast system. Maybe takes a second longer to mount it than the magnet system but still very user friendly.The reason I've given it 5 stars is because placing the phone just above the height of the steering wheel means I can glance at the screen much more easily than when the phone is placed in an AC vent. I find this actually to be much safer, especially if your navigation system pops-up a message which requires you to glance away from the road for more than a split second.The mount is sturdy, mounting and removing the phone is fast, and I'm starting to prefer having my phone closer to my line-of-sight with the road. So, I'm one of those people who enjoys making random videos from my phone (I have an Android) and I've always struggled with doing this in the car. Some of my funniest moments happen in the car, but holding a cellphone and driving is dangerous. So, when I saw this car mount, I thought "DUH! Why didn't I think of that!?!" Anyhoo, it's simple to put together (it comes in 2 pieces). There's instructions on the back of the box but I didn't need them, as it's user-friendly and easy to figure out. Oh! The arms that hold my phone hold it securely (I twisted it and waved it around, trying to make it fall out) and that's a relief for sure. I've used this mount twice in my car while filming a video and it's works great. I was able to position it where I wanted to get the best shot, as the arm of the mount adjusts in two places. Finally, the car mount makes it way easier to see the phone when using Google maps. I use Google maps to drive everywhere, and I usually prop the phone up so I can see it (I mute the voice because it's irritating) and sometimes, the prop doesn't work and it's dangerous trying to find the phone while driving because it's fallen out of place. Anyhoo, all that's done now. I can be much safer on the road while still using my phone's great features. I am happy I made this purchase. I have a larger phone with a rugged case. I had to wedge it into the cradle for it to fit with the case on. Was very secure though, haha. Took my case off to try without it, and it snapped into place and held very secure as described. This seems to be designed more for slightly smaller phones than the lg g series phones and definitely while mitt using a protective case. The other negative now is that the suction cup doesn't hold more than a couple hours, then the whole thing comes loose.

I have tried using this and it works great. It sticks great to the windshield and holds tightly. It is very easy to install and to get the suction cup to release. It is perfect for the GPS and will rotate if you need it too. My only thing is that I have a van and the windshield is to deep right in the front where I would like it and would be in my line of sight. This is not a problem of the mount. I just have to have it place is off to the left. Over all this is a great product.I received this product for free or a reduced price for my honest review.
