I tried a new recipe for the holidays. Oreo cream cheese balls. They turned out delicious! The chocolate melted perfect. I did white chocolate and milk chocolate. I used both a double pot to melt the chocolate and then I use the microwave to melt the white chocolate. Either way it turned out delicious! They weren’t perfect, but it worked out! First time I had melted chocolate in years so it was a little messy! But delicious!!! My daughter-in-law told me she used the cheaper chocolate and it did not work out so she had to run to the store and get Ghirardelli‘s.

Best melting chocolate so far! We made Oreo balls and chocolate dipped Oreos and had no problems with this chocolate . It was nice and smooth made it nice and easy to work with.

I love chocolate and fruit so this was a different taste with the waffles cookie. The size;, works well in the cup. I'm on the fence with the cookie but the chocolate was good. Used this in the fondue cup.

The chocolate is delicious and it tastes wonderful, however in terms of dipping things, it is a little runny for my taste. It melted down nicely in increments of 30 seconds. It does tend to pool a lot at the bottom the treat you are making. Though I will say, because of that, it seemed to last longer. It also dries very quickly. I didn't have to stick it in the freezer or let it dry in a cool place. Sprinkles stick well to it too.
