The blood curdling account of the atrocities perprtrated on Goans.
The book unbiasly teaces the history of the bloodiest atrocities perpetrated on peace loving people of Goa in the name of Christ, the Saviour. The book throws light on the lifestyle of Goans two to three centuries before the liberation of Goa. Kudos to eminent Christians like T.B. Cunha who studied the Goan history with missionary zeal and helped to form the most authentic account of bloodiest phase in the history of Goa. It doesn't require research to prove that the Inquisition was inspired with selfish motive and was verily against the principles Christ stood for.

This was an eye opener
This is the only written account I could conveniently find, which gives what appears to be an even handed factual account of the happenings in Goa. Apart from the Inquisition itself, it shines light Goan cultural aspects which explain a lot to an 'outsider' like me in Goa.
