Healthy and easy to use
I had used jaggery before but as jaggery gore. As a Brit, even with my international experience I was not so successful at using Jaggery gore, (although now I use it as part of my home kombucha brew very successfully). This powdered jaggery has been a revelation to me! I do not eat much sweet stuff but I love the health benefits of jaggery and that it is natural, unrefined and a whole food (as far as I have found out). It adds a really delicious subtle flavour to sweets, cakes and deserts. So far I have used it very successfully in cookies, medlar cheese, flapjacks and hot chocolate souffle. They all taste better for using this product and not white or brown sugar. Plus there is no sugar rush!

Great alternative to sugar
I saw this on tiktok and glad I purchased it. A good alternative to sugar I use it for baking or just sprucing my greek yoghurt dessert. It's good for so many things with added nutrients.
