High quality faucet for commercial use with relatively easy installation
Had to replace our three-compartment sink faucet because it basically stopped worked. This replacement is really great quality. Good fit and finish, relatively easy installation (we needed two people) and great operation. I love the higher angle of the faucet and the easy, smooth water flow. I would spend a little extra and get this faucet vs. some of the other ones on Amazon that look like they're made with worse quality. For a faucet you'll use every day in a commercial setting, I'm glad I spent more on this model.

Well made faucet
We are very happy with this faucet. Very nice looking, heavy, seems to be commercial quality. We needed a shorter spout for our utility sink and I requested this and the company sent the additional spout within 10 days of my request, included with original cost. We are very satisfied with this purchase and their communication with us.

DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR KITCHEN!!! Does not have an adapter to hook in a side sprayer
I was really excited about this product considering the cost of most bridge faucets. HOWEVER, I did not realize at the time since I'm not a plumber that I would no longer be able to connect a side sprayer into this faucet. The whole reason I bought this faucet was for my kitchen. No where in the reviews or descriptions did it say that it was not suitable in the kitchen. My plumber was nice and offered to do a Y adapter under the sink, but given the fact that most sprayers now are not built for constant pressure, I did not want to risk the state of my kitchen if the sprayer should fail. I tried to reach out to Imlezon via google voice but did not hear back from them and their e-mail address according to G-mail is not valid. Hoping that they will get back to me but not holding my breathe! Very disappointed!!

Beautiful faucet; very well made.
It was much more difficult to remove the old faucet than to install this new one. I have no idea on durability, but it seems it wall last longer than I will; all chrome plated brass (the valves are plastic) no mystery metal parts.

Dripping faucet - no way to fix it. Does not use standard parts.
The media could not be loaded. A couple of months after this was installed it started dripping even once the handle was shut. I couldn't find the replacement washers at any US plumbing supply store. I had a plumber come and check it out. He also couldn't find the replacement parts anywhere. I contacted the manufacturer (I believe in CHINA) and requested the parts. after going back and forth and sending them a video and my Amazon order number, they told me "HelloI have checked it and i think maybe you can remove the aerator for the spout. I am thinking there were something stocked on the aerator. You can removed it and clean it up.Hope it can help you."Of course that was not a solution. Now I will have to replace it. I will probably buy something made in the USA.Lesson learned!

The gooseneck spigot is going to fail within the next few years.
Value for money is terrible. This is a recurring theme with more and more faucets sold in the U.S.. Doesn't matter who you buy from, it will be expensive in price and cheap in quality. Anything at Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon or Menards is increasingly poor in quality and will fail within a couple years if you pay less than $200. Went with it anyways. Guess I will need to spend $300 or more just to get a faucet that will last. My best option might be to go to an old scrap yard and hope I can find something thats a few decades old that went out of style if I want something that will actually last.
