Works much better for me than thiamine mononitrate

I made the switch from thiamine mononitrate to lipothiamine a couple weeks ago, and I'm never going back. For my personal body chemistry, 50-200mg of lipothiamine is equivalent to about 300-1000mg of thiamine mononitrate.

As close to a Vitamin B shot you can get in a pill form. I will take these every morning for as long as I live. Hopefully for a while.
