After some tweaking, the product works as stated. I had to file down the "point" off of the tighting screw that holds the spiral to the wall bracket, so it would stay at the angle I wanted. With the screw as is, the spiral wouldn't stay in place, and would become loose and swing freely. Now it sits perfectly under the counter.

Love this blowdryer holder. It is such a space saver. I was so tired of my dryer being in the way when trying to get ready and now its up and out of my space! The concept is good but even with the drywall anchor the screw that holds it to the wall is perpetually loose and pulling away from the wall (and ruining my drywall!) Because it wobbles and spins it dumps the dryer out onto the sink with a crash. I'm afraid it will crack my glass vanity top. So, in order to take it down, I have to patch the mondo hole in the drywall. Not, in my opinion, a prudent purchase.

Hair Dryer Rack -sturdy and works well

OMG, I love this little gadget. We did use a longer screw and anchor than the one provided but this is perfect. So far no issues keeping it on the wall and my blow dryer is on the heavy side.

Arrived broken. Had to glue holder back together.

Easy as heck install and holds firmly. Wish I got this ages ago. Saves me some vanity space and having the cord wrap around everything under the sink.
