BODUM BEAN Cold Brew Coffee Maker, 51 Oz, Bright White

Great coffee pot to make chilled coffee, just like the little one I used every morning for hot coffee. However, it is huge. It is too fat to go in the door and it is too tall to go on any of the shelves. The only way it would fit in my large fridge/freezer by Samsung is by removing a shelf! But I cannot do without that shelf. A problem.

By design, the interior container can't be removed from the handle assembly, contrary to what you would expect, and unlike pretty much all alternatives. This means that it's essentially impossible to clean the small gap between them where grounds and water can accumulate.

Really nice bit of kit. Super simple to use, and the materials are good quality so there is no negative impact on taste. This version produces a lot of coffee (which is great if you’re a caffeine addict like me!) but it does take up quite a lot of space in your fridge. It’s worth double checking measurements before you order.

Saved me over a hundred bucks since buying it. Dead simple to use, lasts about a week in our household between fills, holds up well to abuse, has spent more time holding coffee than not. Shows no signs of stopping doing it's job.

Gostei muito. Uso mais para fazer chá gelado. Compro a granel o chá mate e deixo na geladeira depois de feito. Em dias quentes é uma delícia. Ao servir, coloque fatias finas de limão. Fica perfeito!!!

I like to let my grind brew overnight in the refrigerator. This Bodum unit comes with two lids, one flat one for the brewing stage, and then a French Press lid for pressing the grounds - which has a pouring spout with a thumb-press valve. I find this unit easy to use and easy to clean; it has become my favourite brewing method. Just never put hot liquids into it.
