I really like these elbow compression sleeves. I was experiencing pain in my arm, and after using them, I noticed that my pain reduced. They have a good grip and stay in place while I move. I use them when playing tennis and pickleball, and they are helpful during my activities. The material feels comfortable, and I like having two in the pack. These are great. After suffering bilateral Grade 2 sprains to my wrists and elbows the compression on my biceps and triceps tendons provided by these sleeves has been really helpful while following the RICE protocol of rest, ice, compression and elevation. I felt great relief as soon as I put them on. It'll be at least 4-6 weeks minimum and up to 8 weeks for full healing to occur. I returned a different brand because of itching and redness on my skin after wearing them for 5 minutes. The lining on the CAMBIVO sleeves is quite smooth and non-irritating. Exactly what I needed. I'll be using them as a preventive measure once I get back to resistance training.

Bought this to help with elbow tendonitis. It is light and comfortable. I ordered based off the size chart and it fits exactly as I needed. It’s thin and breathable tho a bit warm to wear in the summer desert heat but it’s thin enough that I can leave it on while I wear an ice pack over it. Easy to use as I can take it on and off and adjust when needed. Instructions say not to put in the washer or dryer, but I’ve run it thru the wash on a gentle cycle and hung it to dry and it dries quickly and has still retained its compression and comfort. It was exactly what I expected and needed.

I purchased since I have tennis elbow and they fit fine, but I find it causes itching on the inside of my elbow so I cannot wear for long. I have the black ones. I also did not notice a change in the tennis elbow condition when I wore the sleeve. Since it was low cost I figure I would give it a try.
