Great value for money.
These tablets are very easy to swallow due to their size and the fact they they are nice and smooth and not overly dry. They come in a sealed bag that is easy to open and close and the bag seals tightly keeping them fresh. Although they are not necessarily meant to aid sleep I have found since taking them I fall to sleep much easier so they are worth every penny just for that. Time will tell before I see other benefits from them but so far I'm very happy with them
