I originally got this speaker to play in the shower. I have since moved to playing it in my garage, outside when doing yard work, and in my car when I want to connect to my songs without having to connect to my car audio. It is very loud, the battery last for yours, and it is very easy to carry around. I love this thing. Pros - Sound Quality – is excellent. It is a lot loader than I thought it would be. Can play in your car and it matches the best sound system I have ever heard in a car. Sound is crisp with voice, thumping with bass, treble, tones, and other variables. The lights are neat, but I got if and kept it for the sound output. - Quality – nicely built. Heavy material which adds to the bass. I use it in the shower, so I know condensation is not an issue. Have not taken it in water, you will have to let me know how that goes. - Value for the money – you get a lot of sound for your buck. If all speakers this size plays like this, then you can only get the same, not better. - Connectivity – connected easily to my phone on the first attempt. Now I only have to turn it on and it connects every time. - Portability – Love the cord that comes with it. I am able to hang it in the shower or on a hook in the garage. I also take it outside in the yard and dust and bugs don’t affect it. - Battery life – the battery last a very, very, very, very...did I mention “very” long time? Well it does! I also like that it lets you know when the battery is going low. - Reliability – has been working perfectly since I got it. Never had an issue with it turning on or connecting. - Volume – it is very loud. Cons - None

I just wrote a review on this. The sound bar that I bought about four days before this one it was horrible quality didn’t sound any different than listening to sound off of a monitor so I looked at the reviews. How many people purchased this I did my due diligence just like I did with the other one, but I had higher hopes for this because of the base that I’d be able to hear people very clearly With this and be able to listen to movies like it’s a professional set up so I set it up talk to a client on Zoom. Listen to YouTube. I played with it and it’s the it’s clearer than any other speaker I’ve ever bought. It is a great working speaker and for the price. I was impressed because the sound quality is absolutely amazing and I don’t understand how they’ve done this for cheap as they have but I highly recommend that you buy this because it is well worth money it you can hear it clearly from every angle I just can’t imagine finding a better sound bar for the size the price the quality I would think it would be a lot more expensive. It’s small compact. You can take it anywhere with you. You don’t have to have it plugged in. It truly is Bluetooth And the battery lasts quite a while.

Absolutely love this portable speaker! I use the auxiliary port to play my mini MP3 player. Sounds awesome, transports easily, is waterproof and has long battery life. Speaker available in fun colors,(mine is purple), and the color changing, pulsating lights which keep time to the music is a lovely added feature! Highly recommend for music lovers!

I originally picked up this BolaButty Bluetooth speaker for my wife to use at work during in house meetings so she could easily connect and play audio. The installation was basically nonexistent, just pair it and go, which made setup super quick. For its size, this thing puts out some serious power. The sound quality is surprisingly strong and clear, easily filling a room without sounding tinny. It handled presentations really well and made everything more professional. The controls are simple and easy to use, which is great when you don’t want to fumble around mid meeting. Overall functionality is exactly what you’d want from a portable speaker, reliable and straightforward. Now here’s the part that says it all. Someone liked it so much they decided to permanently “borrow” it from her desk. So I ended up buying a second one. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Definitely worth the money and apparently worth guarding closely too.

This is a more comprehensive review. Originally, I purchased three portable, external speakers none of which worked with my devices. And, after reading a bunch of different reviews I learned that these portable, external speakers often do not work after 6 months and are not reliable. So I then purchased 6 speakers ranging in price from $19.98 to $119 to find one that would actually pair with and amplify my devices. In other words, I purchased 6 speaker to find one that worked. Of the 6 speakers, only one worked with my devices when all the speakers were supposed to work with all my devices!!! After leaving a review about my experiences with speakers (I ended up having to purchase 9 speakers to get one that worked. Only one company reached out to me to try and make my purchasing experience good…Ortizan-Direct. They sent me their most current speaker: X8. The X7 ranges on Amazon from $39-$59. Currently, it is $53.99 at https://a.co/d/0it3NgJw. But the X8 has an impressive sound and, it works perfectly with my iPhone and my MAC Air. I do not know if the X8 is on Amazon yet however, my experience is such I am using this Ortizan X8 over the one speaker I kept because the sound is so much better. For years, I have been a loyal Anker Soundcore patron however, after my recent experience with Anker especially their customer service, I will never purchase anything from them again. I am endorsing the X8 I received because: 1. It worked immediately on my iPhone as well as my MAC Air. 2. The sound is impressive, including a rich base and balanced sound. 3. Customer Service with Ortizan-Direct has been exceptional. I have been considerate, highly responsive and, they made good on their desire to have purchasing experience a fulfilling one. Easily and quickly connects to phone, great sound, love the added touch of the colored lights!

Bought it to float with at the lake and it didn't disappoint. It is louder than other speakers this price. The bass sounds really good. Haven't gotten it much wet but i can say it is waterproof proven so far. It's perfect. Also it comes with a 3 YEAR WARRANTY for free! Great customer service.

I bought this to listen to music in the shower and it works as needed. I have it on the side next to my shampoos so i can’t discuss the quality of it was drenched, but for being in the HOT steaming shower, getting somewhat wet for over two weeks now I’d say its doing well. I can change up the volume and skip songs which are the only features I care for. Connection is good, sound is decent (I think for the price and in the bathroom where it echos a bit you can’t really expect headphones quality). I like that I can line it up with my shampoos easily as it’s a cylinder shape. The disco lights are pretty dim you won’t even notice them (if you expected a dance party you’re gunna have to make do with just the music).
