Authentic Indian taste with a kosher hechsher
I love Indian cooking, but I also keep strictly kosher, and many Indian recipes call for garam masala - a special blend of spices that is difficult to create from scratch. Thus I was looking for a brand of garam masala with a kosher certification. I found Spices Village garam masala and gave it a try. I am thrilled with the result and will keep using it. The photo shows a curry that I just made with tofu and lentils adapted from a recipe that I found online.

Not exactly tastes Garam Masala, not authentic !!
Being Indian cook I know how Garam Masala tastes, this is not good at all. Tried returning but no options !! Never buying or recommend anyone !!
