These are heavy-weight plastic and shaped to be stable for transport and use. The spout is easier to use than many others. Have purchased four of these and would buy again.

Having researched 5 gal gas cans I came to the opinion that the Midwest Cans were the best for the money and now having received them I can see they are just what I was looking for. The only problem I had was with the shipper who was unwilling to deliver it to my house. I contacted the seller - Applied Gear - who responded within minutes, apologized for the shippers failure, and resent the cans via UPS who delivered them to my house. And I get a hand written note from "Anessia" at AppliedGear on the packing slip again apologizing for the first shipment. Applied Gear and Anessia - you're the best!

This is a pretty good gas container. It's very convenient that the spout can be stored inside the container. However, if the spout and stopper are not positioned and screwed on perfectly, it will leak. But once set correctly, I haven't had any leaks.

Definitely a good investment for business owners

These are the sturdiest plastic gas cans i've even used.

Ordered two, but only received one and the box was only big enough for one. Amazon fixed it however. I like these. Easy to "fix" the spout yourself. Slap in a vent and you're good to go.

Terrible gas can. The seal is too flexible and it does not seal correctly. The spout is setup so I can not pour all the gas into any of my three vehicles. It leaves about a gallon in the can.
