Again I received this destroyed in the mail. They ship them in a bag instead of box and seems Everytime they come destroyed. I've got dozens of these fine in a box. Half a dozen damaged, some completely trashed. Great treat but frustrating to get a useless item. Bonus, I can't seem to navigate a return, yes I know how but their process freezes repeatedly.
